сеть с шинной топологией
 Локальная сеть на основе общего кабеля, к которому подключены все станции. В такой топологии каждая станция принимает все переданные в сеть пакеты. Выбор адресованных станции пакетов осуществляется на основе адреса, содержащегося в каждом кадре. Примером сети с шинной топологией является сеть Ethernet на базе коаксиального кабеля.

Локальная вычислительная сеть, в которой имеется только один маршрут между двумя станциями данных, и данные, передаваемые любой станцией, одинаково доступны всем другим станциям сети.
Примечание. Шинная сеть может иметь линейную, радиальную или древовидную конфигурацию; в двух последних случаях в каждом оконечном узле размещены станции данных, а в промежуточных узлах - повторители, соединители, усилители или разветвители.
